Omron unified the design and size of control panel equipment and introduced products which take advantage of there proprietary wiring method, Push-In Plus technology. Since the introduction in 2017, this technology has been adopted by more than 10,000 companies and has reduced the control panel size by approximately 30% and the wiring lead time by half for example in semiconductor production.
Terminal Relay/SSR: G6D-F4PU/G3DZ-F4PU
New G6D-F4PU/G3DZ-F4PU models with Push-In Plus technology have been added to the G6D-F4B/G3DZ-F4B Terminal Relays. These models provide higher usability than models with screw terminals. Terminal blocks with Push-In Plus technology reduce wiring and maintenance work, the double wire method enables common wiring and crossover wiring, and short bars are available as an option. Realized 5 A rating by optimal socket design makes them suitable for small panels inside machines, linking box and operating panel.

- Rated load: 5 A at 250 VAC, 5 A at 30 VDC (G6D-F4PU: per individual Relay)
- 0.3 A at 3 to 264 VAC, 0.3 A at 3 to 125 VDC (G3DZ-F4PU: per individual SSR)
XW6T wiring interface with Visible Indicators
In addition, the XW6T wiring interface makes wiring completion simply visible. A green indicator comes out when a cable is inserted properly into the terminal hole, giving the immediate confirmation of the proper wiring insertion without relying on the skill of workers. You can simply check the indicators for pre-shipment inspection and wiring maintenance for less maintenance work. In addition, the XW6T is strongly suggested with the use of the Omron power supply to reduce wiring errors: thanks to the different short bar colours and the wiring indicator it’s easy to identify the correct wiring of the positive and negative area.
